Hot Honey
This seriously sweet and spicy sauce has the best "DANG GOOD" factor. You can use to drizzle on just about anything. Trendy restaurants drizzle it on pizza, crusty bread, french fries and even desserts!
We made a batch today (with blizzard outside) and gobbled it up with simple crackers and cream cheese. It's a breeze to make and makes a nice little gift for your foodie friends!
Ingredients
1/4 cup honey (Buy Two Bees Honey Here)
Ingredients
1/4 cup honey (Buy Two Bees Honey Here)
2 tsp Siracha or Tabasco Sauce (we used 1 tsp Siracha and 1 tsp Tabasco)
Instructions
Place the honey and hot sauce in a microwave-safe container and microwave for 30 seconds, then stir. Try not to boil as the honey will loose some of it's healing properties when boiled. (Alternatively, heat the mixture for a few minutes over low heat on the stovetop until combined.) Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
